Who are we?
Workability began early in 2020, when two general doctors brought to our founders a problem they experience when working with patients. They have no access to information about a patient’s workplace. And they cannot open a dialogue with a patient’s leader to discuss facilitation options, instead of prescribing full sick-leave.
Since then, the Workability team has been collaborating with public and private employers, occupational health professionals, NAV and other government stakeholders, doctors, researchers and unions to understand the complex and multi-facted problem of workplace welfare. And together we are developing a solution that breaks down existing barriers and works for all stakeholders.
For employers adopting these practices we are confident of better employee engagement, workplace welfare and job satisfaction as well as reduced sick leave and reduced team turnover.
